MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED DUE TO A GAME VULNERABILITY

I've been playing PoE2 for a short time, a little over 200 hours, and I've invested a lot of money and effort in it. But I had to go on a trip away from my city for more than three weeks, and when I returned, I found my account had been banned. I filed a report, and they managed to unban it, but when I logged in, I discovered I had nothing. All my items, currency, etc., were stolen.

I did contact that Gmail, but the solution was that they couldn't return my things or help me with anything.
Lost or stolen items and currency are never restored, even if your account is returned to you.
