Mini Map changed to circle

I play on a Steam Deck and I accidentally moved my finger over the left touchpad which opened up my map. I pressed the down arrow to minimize it back to the mini map but now the map is a circle instead of rectangular. I couldn't find any setting to change this back. How do I get the mini map back to a rectangle shape?
