Destructive play maven bug

I have destructive play allocated, in a enslaver map, maven didn't cast "up the stakes" but stayed after the boss died, and is still casting the area slow repeatedly.

Similar issue, I killed Enslaver in a Temple map, Maven was active in the first 2 phases, but after going to the final arena, she did nothing. She still floats here, doing nothing, even after the boss is dead. The map does contain Ritual altars, and the final arena contains a ritual altar. Not sure if related.
