Challange Completion: Trusted Thaumaturgy: lvl 21 gem divard set does now work

I turned in "Bound by Flame", (lvl21, 20 flamelink) and it did not count for the challange "Trusted Thaumaturgy" - Turn in a diviniation card set that rewards a Level 21 and/or 23% Quality Gem.
