Reflecting Mist craft from a Betrayal safehouse not counted towards challenge completion

I just used a Reflecting Mist craft from a Betrayal safehouse and no challenge completion popup appeared. I also checked the challenge window and apparently it was counted.

These two are the two rings I got from that crafting.



PS: All other orbs that I used so far from Betrayal have been counted normally, so I dont know whats wrong with Reflecting Mist.

+1 on this, just used on a ring from bench and didn't get the challenge checked.
