heist quest

so I've tried everything to make the quetline progress and still am not able to run both Counter-Thaumaturgy and deception contracts. I've tried to get the quesline to progress on a secoond character, and tried running heist on a various levels of maps into my first 2 voidstones and have no idea why this is happening as I've been running heist for a couple years now

I had to just break down and email support, the green quest line contracts aren't dropping to progress to counter and deception. Ive ran heist a lot and no matter what I've tried (migrating my character and resetting, also started an ssf character) I only got enough contracts to unlock 5 of the 9 heisters. so idk what happened or why it's not progressing

Did you look at the link I provided above? You need to complete a regular contract with a rogue to get him to bring a new rogue.
For example, if you complete a regular contract with Huck, he'll bring Niles. |
