Void Emperor Enchanter's Ring MTX not working

With this MTX on its supposed to change the animation of onslaught effect, but when onslaught is active I instead get a single golden line quickly circling my character clockwise. It's supposed to be the gorgeous void orbs slowly circling counter-clockwise. I can get the MTX to work if I take it off and put it back on again during the onslaught effect but as soon as the effect is over and reapplies the MTX is back to not working again... so I can only see the MTX in all its glory for a couple seconds while in my cosmetics menu and that's it =(

I can’t get mine to show up at all. The little void orb is visible on my hand, but the orbs aren’t floating around me. I’m running Mageblood so it should always be active. Please fix this!
