account locked , not receiving mail with unlock code

I'm not receiving the unlock code via email when GGG notices that you're logging in from another location and you click the "resend email" button. I did inform Support in advance of this change in IP address, as I had read that as a suggestion somewhere on the forum, but that action proved useless, still got locked. It should be no problem, the game gives you a "sent email" button in order to receive an unlock code. However, I am not receiving those emails (I've tried multiple times by now). I've tried contacting Support about this issue via this website's internal mail system. I've also contacted support@grindinggear.com via external email. But as it turns out, I'm not receiving any response from Support. In December 2025 when POE2 launched, or shortly after, I read on reddit that there was a queue of 500.000 tickets. But now, almost a year later, the situation does not seem to be improved, as it's been almost a month now since my first attempt to get in touch with Support. Is Support still getting swarmed or am I going about this issue of being locked the wrong way? Last bumped on Nov 4, 2025, 7:01:16 AM
