I Bought a merchant tab and it doesn't show on Faustus

Just as the title says I bought a merchant tab for 30 coins, didn't see it in my stash tab, checked faustus, can't see it there either. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or is it just bugged.

Problem solved. Thank you xjjanie. The information in the shop is misleading. It says you unlock the merchant tab at act 6 when you meet Faustus which was not the case for me. Maybe it was a bug idk
