Wombgift drops in maps?

Loving the league so far but I have run about 20 maps today and must have had only 3-5 wombgifts, I have loads of graftblood gathering dust.

Is this intentional? We have a really good league mechanic but are not able to use it much at all.

Anyone else getting this?
