Breach Character Effect Drop

It's not showing in game but twitch says I've got it
No other drop has ever taken this long to show up Is there something wrong? Last bumped on Nov 3, 2025, 3:14:58 PM

it took me about 32 hrs to get mine. There is a note in the twitch drop claim section that states it might take awhile.
