Stealth nerf of womb gift droprate?

Going from the first 2 days where I had to vendor my womb gifts because I had too many dropping, to now, where I am considering buying them because I am getting more blood than what I can spend.

Have not had either of those problems. The high lvl wombgifts use a ton of blood, im almost always out of blood before gifts and ive never bought one.

Same issue here. I also haven't seen a 'body part' drop in a long time but my quest still says to find them for Ailith.
I've already gotten the dialogue that makes it sound like the tree is fully grown. |
