Weapon swap on initial load

Upon logging in, if your last used weapon is in the 2nd loadout, pressing your weapon swap hotkey changes the tab but not the weapon, as it presumes the loaded weapon is in the 1st tab for weapon swap.

If it's hard to understand, steps to reproduce:

1) Add weapon to weapon swap 1 and 2
2) Select weapon in 2
3) Logout
4) Log in
5.a) In the inventory, it will highlight #1 as selected while actually using #2
5.b) Pressing swap will change the active tab index, but the weapon will remain the same

I'd like to add that this happens whenever you change between combat instances, not just on login.
Enter a map with loadout 2 in your hands, and you will have the bug happen.
In delve, whenever you have to go through a loading screen, if you had loadout 2 in your hands, the bug will happen.
