Twitch drop not received

Hello,

I am writing here to ask for further information on how to proceed, as i have the twitch rewards from the day of the league start claimed, but nothing appeared in my profile in game.

Please check and let me know what can be done.
I can share screenshots of the twitch account and the connection to the poe account.
