While attempting to enter a new map titled "Domain of the Underworld", my character died and subsequently disconnected from the game. Upon reconnecting, I found the character rendered permanently grayed out and inaccessible, with no option to log in.

This situation has significantly impacted my progress, as the character was in a fully functional state prior to entering the map. I kindly request your assistance in restoring the character to its pre-map condition (i.e., before the "Domain of the Underworld" attempt).

Unfortunately GGG doesn't restore dead hardcore characters (or voided softcore characters) under any circumstances.

i cant load my character on the new patch, please help.
I am a returning player and previously has 2 other character in POE2, but with the new expansion i have none
