Constant lag spikes with latency today

Getting constant latency jumps from 50 to 500 in most instances, but some are created ok and work well.

" The packet loss appears as your traffic passes from Белтелеком to Cloudflare. You might be able to avoid it by connecting to a different gateway so that your traffic gets routed differently. Alternatively, you could see if using a VPN works around the problem. I pay for ProtonVPN, but I know they do have a free tier as well - that should be fine for testing. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
