Loading times when TPing to act towns.

it takes almost a min, sometimes more while tping to an act town. loading screens take annoyingly long. this issue happens since last league.

i didnt change any setup in game or in my pc. do anyone have any idea about this issue?

Its something to do with the shaders. Game can't properly load them and keeps re-loading them. Plus too many people with rainbow suit mtx in town, we need a hide other players/mtx option in this game.

Which is also probably causing the huge 10gb memory commit that's bringing my pc up to 100%.
I agree, I'm waiting/hoping every day that they'll fix it. The game used to run super well before. Loading into town or any area would take a few seconds at most.

Having MINUTE long loading times is ridiculous for a game as old as this.

And yes, everyone idling in town with their ridiculous swirling galaxies and goblin troupes etc is not making the game more interesting. I dont' care about any of this crap, I just want to get in and turn in quests/clear my inventory quickly before jumping into campaign again.
getting in to towns is an absolute nightmare, i think twice before tping to a town. try to finish all quests and tp after that.

i also think is an issue with shaders but i dont know how to fix it.

GGG need to fix it, people are just quitting and waiting for an update. Myself included.

rogue harbour is also a no go :/
Hi

it was taking up to 5mins for me

This was what helped me:

Windows -> System -> Display -> Graphics -> Custom
check if PoE is listed if not add the .EXE and set to High Performance.

You will have to restart the game tho.

good luck
Has there even been a response from GGG on this? I just went through like a million posts detailing the same issue going back to 2023 and didn't see a single response.
