Genesis tree skill points

Hello,
maybe I missed some explanation, but how do you get skill points for the genesis tree?

Quest drops from the events that you give to Ailith

Some points are given to you after you get your first "birth item" (forgot the name) of specific type. Then you have a quest-line with specific thresholds for "tree currency" and completing each will get you some points (I am actually on q for 15k currency). The last thing I know about tree skill points is to gather body parts and bring them to NPC.
