The Delve nodes are showing the wrong type

The Delve nodes are showing the wrong type — for example, it displays an Azurite vein, but when you get there, it’s actually a Harbinger encounter.

Im having the same issue. I have had 3 nodes in a row having the type changed. Went to Smugglers Stash and it was a tier 3 azurite

Some nodes just fully bugged, with no encounter at all...

I've had similar results. Tier 3 azurite nodes on the map, but other random things when I get to them.
