Passive Tree - Damage stacking?

Is there a difference between a node that has "50% increased attack damage" v.s. "50% increased attack damage against X (maimed, slowed, pinned, etc.) enemies"?

I knows there's different steps to the damage formula like: weapon damage / damage from gloves, rings -> damage conversion -> etc. I just didn't know if those two nodes behaved differently or?

no they are identical apart from the condition. you just add every increase together and multiply it with your damage number.
