Dancing Dervish + AG

Even with the changes in the last league, AG + Dancing Dervish seems not working. I don't equipped Chains of Command and just equipped Dervish to my AG, it killed some minions but it seems it doesn't trigger the Dervish. Even tried it with Chains of Command but still does not work.

Is this really a bug or is there some stuff I'm missing?
