At the beginning of the league, I mistakenly transferred my premium tabs to trade, without realizing that I already had them from the second part. Now I understand the mistake. Can I undo this action?

You could e-mail support@grindinggear.com to ask, but I believe it isn't possible.
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
