Body armour disappeared

Hello GGG,

Just 10 minutes ago my body piece, the coming calamity, which I had equipped disappeared while I was either adding a skill gem or right after I bought a spear from another player. Is there something I did wrong there? It is not in the buyback from merchants and I have searched through my stash and guild stash, but it is nowhere to be found.

I have it back, it was bugged, but I logged back in and it was equipped again.

I had the same problem with the same chest piece. In the middle of a map, the chest piece disappeared along with the support gems. When I restarted, I lost two runes.
