Cant teleport to endgame

Hello, today i started being unable to TP to endgame or doing the instances, try everything i could, reinstall, reset pc, used other portals, try contact the support team but they said they are lacking of staff to help, but gave me a code
It seems that i can TP to endgame everywhere, whithout portals, but just a illusion, as i press ESC i turn back from where i was before. Character name AAZAZELLL
