Hardcore to Softcore crafting recipes transfer

I died on Hardcore and got transferred to Softcore and did not keep the crafting recipes that I collected. Is this intended and I have to collect them again?

Got myself in the same stupid situation. Also I crashed during a series of "recipe unlocked" notifications, broke a league quest sequence a bit and my stash tabs did not transferred from standard league.
My ritual favours transferred but recipes and atlas completion did not. This is so stupid

I also cannot visit mine encampment

There is no location called "Epilogue" in the game, it is "Karui Shores" meant here.
