Massive Latency spikes

Game is completely unplayable, entering a zone (Currently in act 2) Gets the latency going, quickly rushing up to 20k before crashing, or sometimes resetting back to zero just to start going up again. Server doesn't matter.

The game was running perfectly fine at launch, but after around 10 hours of playtime, I started experiencing sudden ping spikes whenever I enter any map. This usually results in either getting disconnected or dying within 10–20 seconds.

Troubleshooting Tried:
1. Changed servers
2. Adjusted graphics settings

Unfortunately, none of these changes solved the issue.
