Hydrosphere reflects ailments onto me with Foulborn Esh Mirror

With Foulborn Esh Mirror "Damage cannot be reflected" and using Hydrosphere, it causes the ailments (frozen, shocked, etc) to all get reflected back onto me making it so I can't use Hydrosphere.

Edit: This happened when I initially socketed Hydrosphere. I am using Spellslinger to trigger Hydrosphere. I un-socketed to manually test this then re-socketed and the ailment reflect doesn't seem to be happening anymore. This was very odd.

Nevermind, this happened again. This seems to be some unknown mod happening with Breach mobs where they reflect all ailments when you use hydrosphere but don't reflect ailments outside of hydrosphere.

My understanding is there are new/more common packs that reflect ailments. I've never seen them before outside of eldritch altars, but seen someone else complaining about them this league.

Damage reflect and ailment reflect are 2 separate checks. You can be ailment immune, but still take reflected damage. And you can be reflect immune, but still take reflected ailments.

I was thinking my damage was getting reflected and the damage reflect on me causing the ailments, because I also take a chunk of damage when it happens. It's so hard to tell what the mobs are doing.

Your profile is hidden, but if you have fire damage, it could be the self inflicted ignite?

I'm well behind this league, so haven't reached them to confirm. Just going by when I saw a streamer chain freezing themselves in maps on those packs.
