It's the only webpage that won't load. This one:

I played the first poe2 beta but not the other poe2 releases. What about you guys? I wanna know if we have the same idiosyncrasies and thus the source of our issue. Regionally I'm in Texas.

I found a work around. Go to pathofexile2 and do it there. That wheel on path of exile 1 site is still spinning. Went to pathofexile2.com, logged in, went to upgrade merchant tab. Bam worked (poe1 website still spinning).
