Twitch Drops Didn't Drop

I claimed my Breach Character Effect and I've been waiting 10 hours for, I was really excited about it so I'm trying to understand why I don't have it on my account, and yes the account is properly linked.

Same thing here.
I claimed them on Twitch 18 hours ago, they show up in the claimed Twitch Rewards list on my account page, but they don't appear in the game. |
