Anyone else stuck at loading screens?

I can hear people running around in town but I'm stuck at the loading screens anyone know a fix for this?. Just started happening with keepers update.

I'm up to date on everything. Must be a server side thing i cant find anything wrong on my end.

It's also ruining my leaguestart. Zones load fine but towns can take up to 8 minutes to load. It destroys the flows so much I'm so sad.

My partner is having no issues.
I'm having anywhere between 5 and 30 seconds per area. PoE2 is a great tutorial for PoE1.
