Swift Affliction??? What does it work on

Every DoT that I can think of comes from an affliction: ignite, poison, bleed, etc. so WTF is this thing supposed to work on? What skills?

Corrupted blood, desecrated ground, i think some burning effects dont count as ignite. A lot of the chaos skills are "chaos damage over time" and not poison.

I mostly used swift affliction for the decreased duration, speeds up profane ritual to get my power charges faster.
