why doesnt this company allow pre loading? i have to wait 1 hour to dl when 3.27 starts

There should already be a torrent file to pre-download the entire game for the self client. Otherwise, wait like a big boy.

i meant soon before the league. unless your dl is slow, you can always dl before the league starts

You can download it via the standalone right now. I'm pretty sure Steam still requires you to wait until the patch is live.
