Using device in Trialmaster's arena does not give max ascendancy points

Hello
I do professional carries for other players, and since today they complained that they were not receiving full 8 ascendancy points from the device. I got 3 clients in a row with this problem so definitely it is not a coincidence. Last bumped on Oct 31, 2025, 11:48:56 AM

ask them to check the tree, altar is for choosing/respec ascendancy.
At least thats how it works here, i never interact with altar to assign points, they are in the tree unassigned once i complete a trial. Edit: I also do not see them in altar once trial is complete, just to clarify. Sometime is also necessary to respec all ascendancy points, confirm with 0 points assigned and they pop. When I was leveling up my Lich I clicked on the device every time to get points - but I did it step by step.
The issue seems to appear if a player is about to get more than 2 points; but still, up to the moment of creating my ticket it worked well, both for players even without ascendancy chosen, or these who needed last 2 points to max their ascendancy class, and any in-between these. Weird enough then, was 3 players in the same trial or different trials with 1 player having the issue?
Also hard to trust unless you can check screenshots or video on discord, next time if it happen again ask them to respec all ascendancy points first and see what happen. Must be client side otherwise there would be a massive amount of players with this issue but they arent that much, might be a scam too for a free carry... |

No, that was 3 separate trials, and the problem occurred in every one of them.
And as I am the carrier who bills for 2 divines then definitely there is no scam ;] Unless clients are joking, but I doubt that - I did dozens of chaos trial carries, and up to recently there were no issues reported by players I carried through. " You get 2 divines if players arent getting points? Not saying you are scamming but players who join the carry might try to with "hey i got no points soo i dont pay" (and maybe points are there) Defintely need devs to look at this hot mess the game is in every single thing, from tablets to trials. They did, but not immediately after clicking the device - they had to do voodoo-doodoo like respeccing ascendancy, pick a temporary other one, switch back to their former ascendancy, leave area, log out etc. Luckily, all 3 cases ended well.
Would they not I'd return them the orbs they paid me - see my thread "Master's Quality Services" in PoE2 trade section. |
