Connection Failed - Downloaded file has the wrong hash[Fixed]

I did a fresh install of windows on a new harddrive. I'm doing an install of POE and can't get it installed. I keep getting the :Connection Failed - Downloaded file has the wrong hash for random things I'm downloading.

I tried repairing, restarting, using vpn, uninstalling and reinstalling, variations of run as administrator, etc.

I'm currently using PackCheck(finally enough of POE downloaded that I have this file now, previous attempts didn't) and it's finding that nearly everything is not in sync and having to repair it.

Anything up with the download?

I can't tell if I brute forced download/packhash enough times or if when i restarted an additional firewall setting was removed.

I'm having the same problem!! I built a new pc and have windows 11 now. at first I could download and play but the launcher wouldn't update, so I deleted files and repaired,
uninstalled and restarted,
reinstalled. hash error again.
packcheck
uninstall, I was thinking I could go back to an earlier version of windows 11 but I can't this is the only version I know 25H2
So.. I'm giving up for now.
i'll try again I guess If I think of something.
ALL my years of playing PoE and nothing like this has happened before.
