Issue With Loading Times

I've spent over 400 hours on Path of Exile 2 at this point, and I am constantly having issues with loading screens taking forever. I will be stuck in a loading screen for anywhere from one minute to five or ten minutes. I have tried to verify my game files, and I have also opened the game on another computer. It seems to be an issue with my account. I have tried to change settings in the game and nothing has really worked for me. My friends that I play the game with do not have these same issues. It will sound as though I have loaded into the game, and my friends tell me that I am moving around when I move my mouse, but I am stuck on the loading screen and cannot see anything. I am really hoping that this issue can be resolved, because I really enjoy the game, but the loading time issue is driving me crazy. I've also run the game on different devices on different wifi networks in different locations, and I still struggle with loading times. I've changed my server as well. Again, I play with friends who are located in the same city as me and they do not have this issue.
