3.27 Graft Question

Hello, I am curious about a couple graft mechanics in the upcoming league. I am curious if they count as us killing enemies for things like occultists on kill explosions.

I am also curious if they count as us hitting for things like The Pandemonius blind chilled enemies on hit. I know they won't scale off of our increases to damage from skill trees and item. I am just curious if their effects still count as our player or if they are a complete non-interactive entity that just spits out mechanics.
