Magic build for keepers/3.27 update?

Hey all, was thinking of doing a magic build for the upcoming league (which is like 1 day and 5 hours, time flies).

Why a magic build? figured it would fit in with the whole secret order and stuff, you know. Plus I sort of got the magic idea from the magus supporters pack (say what you will about microtransactions).

I thought about doing this build with either the witch or templar, maybe the scion but that's too much for me to comprehend.

Figured I'd get some thoughts and whatnot, also Happy Halloween, since the update is on 10/31
