Main Staff Disappeared Mid-Map (No Drop, No Trade, No Vendor)

Hi,

I’m reporting a major issue that occurred on October 30th, 2025.

While running a Crypt Map at around 9:25 CEST, my equipped vaaled staff “Oblivion Chant” (worth ~800 divines) completely disappeared mid-map.

It wasn’t traded, dropped, vendored, or unequipped — it simply vanished from my character during combat.



I’ve already contacted support (ticket handled by Joel and Shaun), but both replies confirmed they “can’t track” the item without checking logs, and the case was closed without technical verification.



This seems to be a rare but game-breaking bug, as the item is not in any stash tab, alternate weapon slot, or instance rollback.

If anyone from GGG or other players has experienced similar behavior, please confirm — this is extremely severe for long-term players.

Update:

For clarity, the map where the staff disappeared was a Crypt Map (Rise of the Abyssal, SC).

The instance has closed automatically after I logged out, and now it shows as “Map Attempted” in my Map Device.

I haven’t opened or completed any other maps since then, so the instance data might still exist server-side.

Please check the logs around 9:25 CEST, October 30th, 2025 — that’s the exact time the staff vanished mid-map.
