Does this Flask/Despair and Void Beacon [Nearby Enemies have -20% to Chaos Resistance] stack?

Means Annoints like Acrimony and Clusters like Lasting Impression [30% inc DoT while affected be a Herald] also dont apply to minions?

"Global" essentially means everything except minions, allies, and party members.
Totems, traps, mines are proxies and generally benefit from "global" such as global crit chance from a diamond flask. |
