Whats your meme build you might run?

My idea was:

-99% reduced life, so i could use elemental penetration tincture for little life cost (life burn keystone), life recovery would work through agnostic, but that also kills energy shield, this means build would need to be ward+lucky block mana stacked gladiator.

99% reduced life would be achieved through 3 mings heart rings and 24% reduced life helm (or EE), 3 mings heart would give about 100% damage added as chaos. Not quite sure what would i do with all that mana which primarily is used to tank damage over time and tincture. (thou added chaos damage and ele pen dont work well together :S)

Build would most definitely suck :D


EDIT: or instead of that ele pen tincture use -1 fire damage per mana burn tincture, this with 12 max life (1% of 1200) would stack to minus 12000 fire damage taken at a cost of 1200 life (mana through agnostic) drain. The only problem is to get there would need to wait for 2 hours XD

If someone was to actually play this the ring that has Aspect of the Spider should be Shaper influenced with Life gain on Spell Hit for the Ball Lightnings to improve recovery a fair bit. Not great defensively, but it's gonna be some pretty chonky single target DPS.

Poison Duration from Assassin *should* work with the totems but I am not 100% certain there. If it doesn't it'll cut DPS down since we have to get rid of Ancestral Bond but it'd be fine
