Make bosses challenging on high tiers.

Hey there!

Bosses on high tiers don't feel challenging, while the shards change with tiers was great the bosses at tier 3 are just not challenging for a good build.

Idea:
At tier 3 pinnacle bosses should have their hp adjusted based on the damage you do, and get drops based on how much damage you did to them after a certain dps point.

Op builds would get there return and bosses would be challenging for them.

Example: Originaly boss have 30 million hp, but when somebody does 3 million dps, the game should balance the bosses hp around 200 million so the fight would last 2-3 min and the player should engage with the boss dodge its mechanics so on. And in the end he would get more loot because he did a lot of damage to the boss.

This change would not impact players who doesn't do enough damage, but it would reward high damage builds, and give a challenge to the players not just oneshotting a boss for 3 tier 15 tablets.

Would be easier to let us instill delirium in pinnacle fight's fragments, so who want a challenge can instil greed or whatever.
The loot has to be worth it tho, who's going for a tough fight to get the usual uniques or T2 gears??
