quick question on block

Are there mobs which ignore player's block chance?
Does player become immortal to hits with 99% block chance? Or does it sometime not work for reasons? Last bumped on Oct 29, 2025, 11:59:47 AM

No normal mobs ignore block chance as far as I am aware but there are a lot of endgame boss attacks that will ignore block such as maven memory game or exarch incineration.
Im not sure if a complete list is around anywhere but you can go to poedb for each boss and find what stuff is unblockable. General rule of thumb though is that if it is a big wind up voice line announced attack you cannot block it. Last edited by gladiatorpie#3317 on Oct 29, 2025, 10:44:49 AM
