Poe2 Sword Skills

Something that I'd really like to see out of sword skills in poe2 - abilities like Ogi Namikiri and Midare Setsugekka from FFXIV's Samurai class.

It feels like slower cleave type skills are pretty nonexistant in poe1, with the expectation that you always scale attack speed. Having a set of slower "casted" type skills would be a nice addition and would fit the pace of poe2 a bit better as well.

In poe terms this could maybe be a channeled skill that increases the damage and area effect of the cleave for each stage gained, or perhaps skills that use the new animation system with the +x seconds to total attack time to prevent them from being overly attack speed scalable.
