PoE2 - Loot Disappeared After Death

Bug occurred in Act1 Tomb of the Consort. When I killed Asiana I died as well. She made her drop and I respawned very close to the area of that final battle. The animation of her dying repeated, but all the loot after the battle disappeared :( Hit me up if you need any info; I've played through the base (early access) of this game (POE2) and this has never happened before.
