bug fifth skill gem weapon nv 90 poe2

I have a problem related to the fifth skill gem slot, which should theoretically be unlocked at level 90 (I am currently level 94). It has been unlocked for almost all weapons, except for the ones I use in my build (wand/staff), which remain with only 4 slots. Initially, I thought it was an item level problem, but I tested it with items of level 82 or higher and the problem persists, while with weapons of other categories it worked perfectly.
