Arcane Isle Hideout crashing my game

I bought a support pack and I can't use Arcane Isle Hideout. Every time I load into it, my game crashes. I tried changing all the rendering options (DX11/DX12/Vulcan), texture filtering and Multithreading, but the problem remained.

If repairing the client doesn't work, let us know which one you use (e.g. Steam / standalone) and your OS.
