2 of my merch disappeared , along with the gear i gave em (before legue end)

so , today i logged back in onto my main with the intention to sort my stashes for next league , but when i went to the merchs to pick up the gear to store , i noticed 2 out of 3 of my merch were gone ... i dont know when it happened since i was not using em right now , but one of em had good gear on , especially the neck was my previous neck , a defiance of destiny with good rolls, double % attributes corrupted and anointed is there a way to get the gear back or it's just gone ?
