Azmeri Spirits Suggestion

Azmeri Spirits feel unrewarding and often times like a complete waste of time for several reasons.

•They are slow and the player can often times outrun them
•They often run away from the direction you intend on going
•They don't always lock onto the nearest rare/unique enemy
•High damage builds often times kill rares before the spirit has a chance to possess them
•Talismans/rewards are far too rare

My suggestion would be to make the Azmeri Spirit attach itself to the player and for it to buff nearby enemies as you run near them. After X# of enemies are infected it could then turn the next enemy it interacts with into a rare or unique enemy. There could be atlas skill tree buffs to enhance this by allowing them to infect more enemies or to have interesting interactions where they can stay attached to the player in order to trigger multiple possessed enemies.
