Trial of Sekehema: Traps are disabled major boom

In a trial of sekehema run, I got offered the rare Major boon that disables traps. It appeared in floor 4 it did not disable the moving bubble traps. Also when fighting zarokh his spinning bubble kamemeha move produced no bubbles. I dont know if the two are related but the bubble moving traps were not disabled in my run.
