Multiple bugged areas

Cemetery of the eternals and related mauseloums are not playable at the moment. Network usage is going sky high and game freezes repeatedly in those zones. Eventually game kicks me out with message "unexpected disconnection occured".
Tried some other servers but the result is same. Other areas are fine btw.
